1. All furniture has access doors around the outside perimeter.

2. Furniture is constructed of plywood for supporting structures, high density anti-resonate particle on all horizontal areas, height pressure plastic laminate on all exterior surfaces except base which is covered with a non-chip material, quarter turn fasteners on all access doors, solid oak trim on counter edges and corners, Plexiglas panels cover all rack openings where operators feet go, chromed steel piano hinges on turntable covers and access doors where specified and steel rack rails with three 10-24 holes per rack unit in all equipment racks.

3. Turntable cabinets have a solid cover that lifts and folds out of the way.

4. All furniture has a built in wire management and passive ventilation systems.

5. Furniture is designed and constructed for maximum durability.

6. Furniture is designed and constructed with superior ergonomics in mind. These construction and design techniques also ensure protection of equipment mounted in furniture from damage resulting from chair backs and bases.

7. Manufacturer will provide cutouts in countertops for control consoles. Client is responsible for providing control console type (brand name, model number) and dimensions (cutout and overall size) to manufacturer.

8. Manufacturer will provide holes for headphone and microphone jack plates where specified in drawings. Client is responsible for providing manufacturer with dimensions of plates and or a samples of plates to be mounted in holes.
